Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) celebrated the first Eid-ul-Fitr, along with Sahaba after the success of Jang-e-Badr in 624 CE. According to Sunnah, or to remark with the beginning, Holy Prophet (PBUH) told Muslim about the way of Eid-ul-Fitr celebration. Wake early in the morning, when the first Shawal comes, offer Fajr prayers after that ready for pre-dawn prayer.

Muslims first take a bath and wearing perfume, after that go for Salat-al-Eid. It is important to eat Sawaya when people come back home after Eid prayer. On the way of coming back home, contribute some amount for charitable contribution that is generally known as Zakat al-Fitr.

Value of Eid-ul-Fitr:

In Islam, the value of Eid-ul-Fitr is assumed by the following words, Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) remarked that ALLAH fixed two festival for Muslims that is Eid-ul-Adha or Eid-ul-Fitr.
